New Novice/Improvers Sessions starting on the 19/11/15

I recently completed the Leadership in Running Fitness qualification put on by UKA and have decided to trial a few basic coaching sessions, to run alongside the Thursday social run as requested by some less experienced runners. All welcome!
They will focus on UKA recommendations for developing running performance.
The first session structure is as follows:
Group warm up.
Introduction to Dynamic stretching
2km easy Indian file (back to front)
Introduction to hill reps (10 x 50-100m - focus on form)
2km easy Indian file (front to back)
Group warm down.
Introduction to Static stretching.
Q and A and feedback / recap.
Don't worry if you don't understand all the terminology, I will explain and demonstrate on the day!
If people could let me know if they are interested or would like to help that would be great!
Don't forget your high-viz too people! Safety first! (I will bring a couple of spare bibs just in case)
